Dr Ronny Krippner - Director of Music, Ripon Cathedral, UK

Bob Wagner - School Organist and Head of Instrumental Music, Sydney Grammar School

The Round 1 auditions were in the form of blind and anonymous audio recordings,

the three finalists being determined by the aggregate of marks
